It’s been a few weeks since I’ve reported on rates but there hasn’t been much news to report.  They are still at all time lows of 4.25% for  30-Year fixed Conventional and FHA mortgages and 3.75% for 15 years mortgages. Here’s a view of how rates have trended this year:
